Comfort Suites Huntington Beach

Clean basic room and hotel staff was very friendly.

Ice bucket not emptied until I complained (3 days), one particularly unfriendly staff member, soap not replaced in bathroom until absolutely unusable, sign in breakfast room requesting all non used unopened butter / jelly be placed back for re-use and not placed in the trash, pool located very close to Jack in the Box drive through (privacy) General room (bathroom) cleanliness, I would most definitely not consider staying at this hotel again. ...read more

Although clean for the most part, this hotel is run down and has a desperate feeling to it. Everything is old and scratchy and nothing really matches. Most of the lights for the sign of the hotel were burned out so Comfort Suites, just read Comfo. That says a lot to me, that they can't replace those bulbs. I had previously stayed at the Hungtington Hotel and was very pleased, but this hotel I was not.

Older hotel with no amenities. First floor location was extremely noisy throughout the evening. Cramped conditions with no level of comfort. The name Comfort Suites was truly a misnomer. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ...read more

We got great service, a comfortable room & a great breakfast for a reasonable price! Would stay there again!

As expected, clean rooms, nice staff, great (free) breakfast.

I did not care for this hotel, the room had an odor and was dirty, there was hair in my bed and the bath. The staff did not seem to care. I do not feel like 2 1/2 star room.
